Yes, you are seeing this right. I am officially letting go of the Vortonox alias, which I have had for over 5 years. I have been with this alias ever since February 2019 when I was 9 years old, and now I am 15. I feel like I would want to share this with you.

Why are you changing your alias, Vortonox?

Well, I am willing to change this alias because I want to branch out into other genres like indie pop and calmer genres, and I feel like the Vortonox alias is not fit for that type of music.

What will you do when your alias is changed?

I will just be making more stuff, just not under Vortonox. I feel like my new alias is much more versatile and I honestly feel more comfortable with it.

What is your new alias?

Well, from the release of my new track on, I will be releasing stuff under the alias "Vxrto."

"Vxrto." came from shortening the Vortonox alias, so the "nox" part is removed, but I felt like "Vorto" would be too hard to find search-wise. That is the reason I replaced the first "o" with the letter X.

If you are wondering about the new track, it is going to be named "all i see is u." and will be released soon!

That's all! My final track as “Vortonox” will be “Walking Away” with Perpetual Viscera, coming out on Viscettan on June 5!

about memories LP, i lost all the project files for the tracks in the LP.

well yes I did get a new computer, but my files were unable to transfer.

while all the tracks in the LP are done, some of them had issues, so im unable to edit those now because i lost the files.

because of this, the memories LP will be cancelled. i'm sorry that this has to happen...

Yes, I'm making a new LP. I had this idea for a long time and I’m glad to share it with you! It will be named “Memories”. I chose this name because it will consist of many older IDs in my backlog, from 2022. Plus a track in my backlog has that name and dates from last year. I’ll put in some new IDs in the LP too. It will consist of 8 songs, 1 intro, and 1 outro.
